About the Role

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing client invoices in accordance with engagement terms and firm billing procedures
• Completing AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client) checks and client due diligence requirements
• Managing document control, scanning, filing, mail management, and electronic record keeping
• Coordinating all aspects of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporations, ASIC changes and maintaining statutory records
• Maintaining and updating share registers and unit trust registers
• Liaising with clients, Partners, lawyers, and other external stakeholders
• Processing ATO lodgements and monitoring compliance deadlines
• Assisting with the preparation and collation of financial statements and tax returns
• Ensuring documentation is signed, completed, and uploaded to relevant platforms in a timely manner
• Managing outbound communications with the ATO to assist with client matters

Skills & Experience

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous administration experience within an accounting, legal, financial services, or professional services environment
• Exposure to corporate secretarial functions and ASIC compliance requirements
• Experience managing ATO correspondence and lodgement processes
• Familiarity with AML/KYC obligations and client onboarding processes
• Experience using MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) or similar practice management software highly regarded
• Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
