Client Services Officer

About the role

You will provide timely, high-quality support to our advisers and clients. You will assist with the administration involved in delivering financial advice, help coordinate client service tasks and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

About you

Ideally, you will have experience in financial planning, wealth management or a similar professional services environment. However, we will also consider someone with strong client service or administration experience and a genuine interest in the financial planning industry. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the confidence to liaise independently with clients while contributing positively within a team.

You will be organised, honest, flexible, team-oriented and proactive.

You may be looking for a stable, long-term role as a Client Services Officer, but this role also offers a pathway to broaden your technical knowledge and potentially develop into other positions within TMFS such as an Associate Adviser or Financial Adviser over time.
