Client Services Officer (Part-time)

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced administrator or Client Services Officer to join a well-established boutique financial planning practice based on Adelaide's city fringe.

Representing a highly regarded advice business, we are seeking a proactive and organised individual who enjoys providing exceptional client service and wants to build a long-term career within financial planning. Whether you're an existing CSO, an administrator with financial services experience, or someone returning to the workforce looking for flexibility, this role offers genuine work-life balance and future career progression.

This position offers flexibility across 3 days per week (18-25 hours), with school hour arrangements available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration inbox and respond to client enquiries
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation
• Coordinate client review meetings and diary management
• Assist with implementation of financial advice recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and workflow management within Xplan
• Liaise with product providers, platforms and external stakeholders

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally possess:

• Experience within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A professional and friendly communication style
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Experience using Xplan (preferred but not essential)
