Cultivate is currently looking for Client Services and Customer Service professionals for temporary opportunities across Auckland, working with some of New Zealand’s leading financial services organisations.

The roles
We partner with organisations across the financial services sector, so your next opportunity could look quite different from your last. You could be supporting customers, members, advisers or clients across:

• Banking & Lending
• Insurance & Claims
• KiwiSaver & Member Services
• Investments, Wealth & Funds
• Payments & Transaction services
• Financial services Contact Centres

The day-to-day could involve answering customer enquiries, resolving account queries, processing requests, updating records, navigating systems or simply being the person who knows how to get something sorted.

And no, you don't need to know every financial product under the sun. What matters is that you’re comfortable dealing with people, confident learning new systems, and take pride in getting things right.
About you
You’ll be someone who:

• Has client services experience, ideally within financial services
• Communicates confidently over the phone, email and digital channels
• Listens well, asks the right questions and gets to the bottom of issues
• Balances great service with accuracy, process and compliance
• Picks up new systems quickly and isn’t afraid to ask questions
• Stays calm, organised and professional when things get busy

You could be an experienced customer service professional, a contact centre pro looking for your next challenge, a graduate ready to put your customer skills to work, or simply someone ready for a fresh opportunity. Please note: Candidates will need to be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with an immediate start or a maximum notice period of one week.
