Client Services Representative

About the Opportunity

We’re expanding our Fort Worth team and looking for personable, motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and building relationships.

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about available benefit programs. You’ll get to know their needs, explain their options, answer questions, and guide them through the next steps.

This position combines client communication, appointment coordination, application support, and sales. You’ll receive training and hands-on guidance to help you learn the programs and become confident in your conversations.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with interested individuals. Schedule appointments, introduce available programs, and learn what matters most to each person or family.
• Explain benefit options. Walk clients through available options, answer questions, and help them understand how the programs may fit their needs.
• Guide applications and enrollment. Help clients complete the necessary information and follow up on outstanding steps.
• Stay organized and build relationships. Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and participate in team training to improve your results.

Training & Support

You’ll have access to warm leads, structured training, and mentorship from experienced team members. You won’t be expected to purchase leads or figure out the process on your own.

We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes feedback well, and follows through. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration can translate well to this role.

Advancement opportunities are based on performance, with room to take on leadership responsibilities as you develop.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
