Client Services Representative

We're looking for:

Candidate from Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, MSP, or other B2B technology companies with strong customer-facing experience, who enjoy managing long-term client relationships, driving renewals, and supporting business growth.

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer retention and contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account health and proactively manage customer engagement.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical Account Managers, Presales, Solutions Architect, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, renewals , or post-sales / customer success roles.
• Experience in Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B Technology industries is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of cloud consumption and billing models is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship management, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
