We’re Hiring | Client Success & Growth Intern

Rusk Media is looking for a Client Success & Growth Intern to join our team and work closely with internal teams and brand partners across our entertainment properties.

Rusk Media is a Gen-Z-focused entertainment company operating across social video, OTT and gaming entertainment. With 1B+ monthly views across platforms, we work with leading brands and create content across formats including scripted, unscripted, social and gaming.

What will you do?

• Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and brand partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain reports and documentation related to brand placements, integrations and campaign performance.
• Monitor brand integrations and ensure accurate execution as per agreed deliverables.
• Manage brand-related social media content, including execution, approvals and timelines.
• Coordinate and track brand deliverables from start to finish.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns.

What are we looking for?

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and documentation/reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Interest in entertainment, reality shows, digital content or gaming is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate.

Internship Details

Duration: 3 months

Work Mode: In-office

Locations: New Delhi / Mumbai

This is an opportunity to work closely with brand partnerships, content and internal teams while gaining hands-on experience in the digital entertainment and media ecosystem.
