Client Services Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Client Welcome & Service Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our solar contract exit services.

This position combines outbound client onboarding, inbound customer service, call coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment, can effectively de-escalate challenging situations, and is able to communicate clearly with clients, legal partners, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will help clients understand the next steps in their solar contract exit process while ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound welcome calls with newly signed clients to introduce services and explain the process moving forward
• Set clear expectations and guide clients through the next steps of their solar contract exit
• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound client calls in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding client questions, status updates, and next steps
• Make outbound follow-up calls to obtain information, confirm details, or provide updates
• Coordinate with law firms and internal teams to obtain required documentation and ensure clients complete necessary steps

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, client support, administrative, or similar roles preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
