Our Fort Worth, TX is expanding, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our client services team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone who communicates well, enjoys working directly with people, and wants to develop valuable experience in customer relations, sales, and leadership.

As a Client Services Representative, you will connect with customers face-to-face, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help customers select options that meet their needs.

We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and a structured path for professional advancement. Previous industry experience is not required.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers and build positive professional relationships
• Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
• Present available products and services clearly
• Answer questions and provide accurate information
• Recommend appropriate options based on customer needs
• Assist interested customers throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work with the team to achieve daily performance goals
• Participate in continued training and development

Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, retail, account support, promotions, or sales are encouraged to apply. However, previous experience is not required.

This is not a remote, administrative, or call-center position. Selected candidates will report to our Fort Worth, TX office and work directly with customers at scheduled locations throughout the surrounding area.
