We handle the back-end work that keeps client cases moving: account management, documentation, payment processing, and communication with resorts, lenders, and legal partners. The Role

As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the point of contact that keeps client accounts and cases on track. You'll work closely with our case teams, accounting, and attorneys to make sure every file is accurate, up to date, and moving toward resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and case files from intake through resolution
• Prepare, send, and track client documents, including agreements and releases
• Respond to client calls, emails, and messages with clear, empathetic communication
• Coordinate with internal teams, attorneys, and third-party partners to move cases forward
• Document all case activity accurately in our systems
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers, email, and document management tools (Google Workspace, DocuSign, or similar a plus)
• Ability to stay calm and professional when speaking with clients in stressful situations
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

Nice to Have

• Experience in timeshare, financial services, legal support, or collections
• Experience with CRM or case management software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: $22 per hour
• $1 per hour raise eligibility after the first 6 months
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
