Client Services Representative – IT Staffing

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Client Services Representative to support high-volume recruiting operations and help grow client relationships. In this role, you’ll work with existing and prospective client contacts to understand IT consulting requirements, coordinate with recruiting and service delivery teams, and help move candidates efficiently through interviews, submissions, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT or technical staffing, is comfortable working in ATS and CRM platforms, and is interested in using AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows and client service.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount and Recruiting Support

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other client contacts across assigned accounts.
• Connect with existing and prospective clients to clarify job requirements for IT consulting engagements.
• Document and communicate complete, accurate requirements to recruiting and service delivery teams.
• Coordinate candidate submissions across multiple client requisitions and follow up on status, feedback, and next steps.
• Schedule candidate interviews, technical screenings, and client meetings.
• Support candidate onboarding, documentation, and placement tracking.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts and develop new client relationships.

ATS, CRM, and Reporting

• Maintain accurate, current candidate and client records in the company’s ATS and CRM.
• Prepare sales and recruiting activity reports, pipeline metrics, and recruiter performance data as requested by management.
• Follow established documentation, contract, and staffing workflow requirements.

Communication and Coordination

• Coordinate among clients, candidates, recruiters, service delivery teams, and account managers for assigned accounts.
• Manage interview logistics and collect timely feedback from clients and candidates.
• Provide clear, professional updates and help ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Use AI tools and workflow automation to support recruiting, sourcing, and service delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in staffing agency recruiting, sales, or account support.
• Experience supporting IT or technical recruiting, such as software, infrastructure, cloud, or data roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, or workflow automation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with VMS or MSP environments.

• Accuracy of ATS/CRM records and assigned reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
