• Comfortable working fully office-based Monday to Friday in Eden Terrace (no hybrid or work-from-home option)

Key Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

• Being a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive and positive support and helping to build strong client relationships
• Managing client care and administrative tasks, including inbound and outbound phone calls
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files within the CRM
• Assisting with client inquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team
• Conducting confirmation calls, as well as missed payment and retention calls
• Assisting with client care processes and initiatives that improve client outcomes and the overall client experience
