Client Services Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our growing remote team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has excellent organizational skills, and is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to coordinate every aspect of their vacation, from the initial consultation through final travel preparations. You'll provide personalized recommendations, organize reservations, answer questions, and ensure each client receives outstanding support throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, interests, and budget.
• Recommend vacation packages, accommodations, transportation, cruises, resorts, and activities that fit each client's needs.
• Coordinate reservations and organize all components of client itineraries.
• Prepare customized itineraries and provide clients with important trip information before departure.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and requests.
• Maintain organized records of reservations, payments, and client communications.
• Monitor booking timelines and ensure all arrangements are completed accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, administration, event coordination, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using email, online platforms, and digital communication tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
