Client Services Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
• Handle denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue cycle management (RCM).

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare industry or related field.
• Strong skills in AR calling, denial handling, denial management, and RCM.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
