Role Description

This role, at its core, is about being a member of a highly collaborative team that is fully committed to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service daily. It is on-site, not remote.

Responsibilities

Client Services interaction and problem solving

Client renewals

Qualifications

      Bachelor’s degree

      Proven work experience

      Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

      Strong organizational skills

      Proven ability to multitask

      Sharp attention to detail

      Accurate and self-driven work style

      Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Teams
