Client Servicing Adviser

About the Role
You'll manage the day-to-day servicing of an employee benefits portfolio, helping clients and their employees get the most from their insurance programmes. From coordinating renewals, responding to enquiries, supporting claims and liaising with insurers, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience.
  
What you'll do

• Build strong relationships with clients, employees and insurer partners
• Manage client enquiries and provide timely, professional support
• Coordinate renewals, policy updates and administrative requirements
• Assist with claims and benefit-related enquiries
• Work closely with advisers to identify opportunities and deliver great outcomes
• Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance standards are maintained

About you

• Proven experience within insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or a client-focused environment
• Level 5 Financial services qualification is desirable, but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
