Client Servicing

1.                Client Relationship Management:

·        Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client-agency interactions.

·        Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients' communication strategies and campaigns.

·        Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business objectives and providing strategic guidance to achieve them.

2.                Strategic Planning and Execution:

·        Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, from conception to completion.

·        Utilize market research and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

3.                Business Development:

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and nurturing leads.

·        Lead the planning and implementation of new marketing initiatives to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.

·        Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on untapped markets.

4.                Creative Collaboration:

·        Work closely with creative teams to translate client briefs into innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

·        Facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaign development.

·        Ensure that campaigns meet clients' expectations, budgets, and timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.

5.                Project Management:

·        Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

·        Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

·        Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.

6.                Continuous Improvement:

·        Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in marketing and advertising.

·        Continuously assess and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.

·        Seek feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success as an Account Executive or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing firm.
• Passion for creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for emerging trends in advertising and marketing.
• Fluency in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Willingness to work extended hours and under pressure to meet tight deadlines, if necessary.
