Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and campaign delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

• Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare campaign reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
  • Assist in creating presentations and proposals for client meetings.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management and social media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
