Client Servicing Executive

The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Investigate and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.

Client Communication:

Regularly update clients on project status, changes, and any relevant information.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports as required.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare and manage client documentation and contracts.
Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align client needs with company offerings.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
