Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who is friendly, organised and good at communication. The role involves handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, coordinating orders and ensuring a smooth experience for clients from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, dispatch and installation teams.
• Keep customers updated about order status, dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain customer and order details in Excel/CRM.
• Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Follow up on pending payments and confirmations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interior designers, architects, cafés and other business clients.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups and sales.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Organised and comfortable handling multiple enquiries.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or client servicing is preferred but freshers can also apply.
