Client Servicing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, and ensure smooth execution from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client briefs, requirements, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, influencers, and creators for campaign execution.
• Prepare campaign proposals, influencer recommendations, and timelines.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
• Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, feedback, and revisions.
• Track campaign progress, deliverables, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
• Prepare campaign reports and share performance updates with clients.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Stay updated with influencer trends, social media platforms, and market developments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing / Advertising.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
