Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to communicate project requirements.

Follow up on briefs, feedback, approvals, timelines and deliverables.

Track project progress and help ensure work is delivered on time.

Maintain client communication, meeting notes and project-related documentation.

Support the team in resolving routine coordination issues and escalating concerns when needed.

Assist with preparing status updates and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Willingness to work from the Kolkata office.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Experience in an Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding or Creative Agency will be preferred.

Prior exposure to client servicing, account coordination or project management is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.

A client-focused approach, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
