Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of digital and branding solutions. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing and delivering presentations, handling queries, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Client Servicing Executive will track project progress, manage expectations, and support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services. The person in this role will act as a key bridge between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and strong long-term relationships.

• Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess effective Presentations and communication skills to clearly convey strategies, ideas, and project updates.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for assigned accounts.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, or agency environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and presentation tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
