Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal creative team.
• Understand client requirements, briefs, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, social media teams, photographers, and other creative professionals.
• Prepare creative briefs, project timelines, and client presentations.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Support campaign planning, brainstorming, and creative development.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within a creative or marketing agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of creative production, branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, luxury, or real estate brands.
• Creative thinking with a good understanding of visual content and marketing campaigns.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between clients and creative teams.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
