Job Title : Client Servicing Executive (Events)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client servicing and business development functions across multiple event projects.
• Develop professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for event planning, execution, and timely delivery.
• Ensure clear communication, documentation, and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
• Assist in project tracking, timelines, and reporting to senior management.

Requirements :

• 0 - 2 years of experience in Client Servicing / BD in the Event Industry (internships accepted).
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for the events and experiential marketing industry.
