Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You ll play a crucial role in understanding client needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative/marketing teams.
• Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Coordinate, follow up, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by addressing queries and providing support.
• Prepare and share presentations, reports, proposals, and meeting notes.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mass Media (BMM), Business Management, or a related field.
• 2 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management (preferably in advertising, media, or creative agencies).
• Excellent English communication skills (written verbal).
• Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or media services will be an advantage
