Dot Media is an advertising and media company specializing in public relations, influencer marketing, talent management, and brand communication. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Intern to support our team in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client communications and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements and campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, influencer marketing activities, and brand projects.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, campaign updates, and meeting notes.
• Follow up with internal teams and clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
• Maintain client databases, campaign records, and project documentation.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing meeting agendas.
• Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help resolve client queries by coordinating with the relevant teams.
• Support the team in maintaining client satisfaction and delivering a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Prior internship experience in client servicing, PR, advertising, or marketing will be an added advantage.
