Client Servicing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Client Servicing Expert with strong exposure to Corporate Events and Experiential Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from briefing to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Client Servicing: Manage clients, understand requirements, provide updates and resolve queries effectively.
• Event Coordination: Convert client requirements into execution plans, coordinate stakeholders and track deliverables.
• Creative and Production: Coordinate with Design, Creative, Production and Operations teams for branding, AV, fabrication, logistics and other event requirements.
• Event Execution: Own events from planning to execution, including venue coordination, rehearsals, setup and on-ground management.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain briefs, trackers, approvals and timelines and support proposals, presentations and estimates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Corporate Events, or related fields.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling corporate clients.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of event planning, production, and execution.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic knowledge of presentation tools.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as required for events.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in an Event Management Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or similar environment.
• Strong exposure to Corporate Events and Brand Activations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Client-focused, proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong ownership and ability to take projects from brief to execution.
