Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (in-hand)

Shift & Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sundays off + alternate Saturdays off

Inspired Lifestyles Private Limited is a furniture company serving clients across the USA and India. We are looking for a Client Servicing professional to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

• Own all client communications — written, verbal, and digital — ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
• Act as the central bridge between clients, the design team, and the production team
• Manage relationships with key clients across the USA and India
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues before they escalate
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project status, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams for on-time, quality delivery
• Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and management
• Handle client escalations with professionalism

Documentation & Admin Support

• Maintain project-specific procurement folders, drawings, photos, approvals, and documentation
• Support in preparing reports, timelines, and project trackers
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management (preferably in furniture, interior design, or a related industry)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach
