Client Servicing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients derive benefits from IndiaMART.
• Accurately define products/services in client's e-catalog.
• Maximize revenue through upselling and meet fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets.
• Follow up systematically with timely closures.
• Resolve client complaints promptly.
