About the Company

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company providing end-to-end digital marketing, website, creative, social media, content, and performance marketing solutions to brands. We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager – Digital Marketing who can efficiently manage multiple teams, projects, timelines, and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple digital marketing projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, Website Development, and Content Creation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct content brainstorming sessions and coordinate with the content and creative teams for campaign ideas.
• Have a good understanding of websites, website development, and website-related projects.
• Coordinate with teams working on Meta Ads and Google Ads and understand campaign requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed according to requirements.
• Identify project issues or delays and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and maintain smooth workflow.
• Prepare project updates and communicate progress to management and clients.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all project deliverables.
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency/Company.
• Strong team coordination and project management skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Websites, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of content planning and content brainstorming.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
• Candidates who have experience coordinating multiple departments and client projects will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills are essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
