Client Servicing Officer

Key Responsibilities: -

• Preparing pitch and concept presentation for new pitches for brands
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current & future partners
• Overseeing customer account management, including contracts and agreements closure
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports on account status
• Understand client requirements and taking detailed brief.

* Execution projects efficiently to ensure client and brand objectives are met with

* Post project analysis and corrective decision making

Requirements and skills

• The candidate must be highly proficient in making presentation & presentation softwares, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong design and conceptual abilities
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Preferred Industry Experience - Event, Marketing/Advertising/ Media background
