Client Servicing Officer

Position: CLIENT SERVICING OFFICER

Job Purpose:
This job is responsible for all customer servicing needs of the clients which includes receiving and checking of all documents and distribution of these documents to concerned departments handling the account for procuring. It helps clients with their inquiries and requests regarding new business accounts/renewals and gives updates on new products. It also handles franchising requests and express approval of new business IE. This job is also responsible for the distribution and release of membership card, contract and collaterals to our clients/members. This position is also in charge of suspension and activation of members in the system based on the client payments and due dates.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or other related fields
• Advantage: 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account administration, customer support, operations, or a related function
• Fresh graduates with strong internship or administrative experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in the HMO, insurance, financial services, franchising, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Amenable to working in Ayala, Makati, and can start as soon as possible.

Key roles:

• Responsible for the validation of accounts being franchised, including the company background, its eligibility, and the submitted franchising requirements.
• Ensures proper decking of franchised accounts to their respective handlers.
• Handles and validates the transfer of franchise and existing accounts

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
