Job Description:

MICEcafe Journey is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Specialist who can communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements, needs and expectations clearly.
• Communicate with clients regarding their queries, requirements and ongoing requests.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requirements.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
• Handle client concerns and queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously while maintaining proper coordination.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and servicing.

Preferred Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal teams.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
