Dausto is a corporate merchandise and gifting company specialising in customized merchandise, office essentials, corporate gifting, awards, branding, printing and packaging.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with the Sales team to understand client requirements and prepare cost estimates, quotations, proposals and PPTs for client closure.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with client requirements.
• Take ownership of the order execution process once the client is closed.
• Coordinate with clients on product details, artwork, approvals, quantities and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, pricing, customization, production and delivery.
• Track orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for billing, invoicing and payment-related requirements.
• Manage communication and follow-ups across clients, vendors, Sales, Finance and internal teams.
• Maintain records of costing, proposals, orders, vendor details and billing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, order management, operations coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with costing, quotations, proposals and PPTs.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Experience in corporate merchandise, gifting, printing or branding is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
