We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Assistant Manager who can manage client relationships, understand requirements, contribute to creative ideation, and ensure end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and day-to-day account requirements.
• Understand briefs and develop creative ideas, campaign concepts, and content directions .
• Coordinate with Creative, Social Media, Content, SEO, and Tech teams.
• Create/generate creative concepts and ensure they are aligned with client objectives.
• Present work, manage feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all projects.
• Manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, reports, POs, invoices, and collections.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Hands on experience on digital technicals also

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency .
• Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
