Client Side Project Manager

We're working with a well-established project management consultancy that continues to build a strong reputation across commercial, tourism, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments throughout New Zealand. With a growing Queenstown presence and a healthy pipeline of work, they're looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join the team.

Based in Queenstown, you'll work closely with a highly experienced senior Project Manager, supporting the delivery of multiple projects across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, procurement, and delivery of construction projects
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor programme, budget, risk, and project performance
• Prepare reports and communicate project updates to clients
• Support project governance and contract administration processes
• Build strong relationships with clients and project teams

What you'll need

• Experience in project management, construction management, consultancy, engineering, or a related discipline
• Understanding of commercial or vertical construction projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• A proactive attitude and desire to learn from experienced professionals
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
