Client Solutions Manager – TikTok

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our growing TikTok business and lead our Client Solutions team.

This is a senior role focused on managing and developing the existing team of four CSMs, while also taking ownership of key strategic clients and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four Client Solutions Managers.
• Oversee client strategy, campaign performance, and overall account growth.
• Take direct ownership of key strategic clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Develop full-funnel digital strategies and provide strategic recommendations based on client objectives.
• Review campaign performance and guide the team on optimization, measurement, insights, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to increase client investment, expand product adoption, and grow existing accounts.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and TikTok teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Support the team in developing effective client strategies and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with TikTok advertising products, digital trends, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in digital advertising, client solutions, account management, or a similar role.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and campaign performance.
• Experience working with key clients and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn campaign data and insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on account growth and client development.
• Experience with TikTok Ads or other major digital advertising platforms is highly preferred.
