Client Solutions Associate

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a client that supports businesses with services designed to improve efficiency and day-to-day operations. This role is built for someone who wants to grow into a business-facing position with clear structure and support.

You will learn how to communicate with business owners, understand their needs, and walk them through available solutions. No prior industry experience is needed, as training, guidance, and coaching are provided from day one. It suits candidates coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or administrative backgrounds, as well as recent graduates exploring business careers.

What You'll Do

• Participate in scheduled calls and meetings with business owners
• Introduce service options in a professional setting
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand business goals
• Follow a clear process to help new clients get started
• Stay in touch with businesses to provide updates and next steps
• Keep organized records of conversations and progress

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with people, including by phone
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Willing to learn new systems and workflows
• Organized and reliable in this role
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or administrative roles is a plus

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
