Client Solutions Center Agent

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a solution driven environment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and banking services
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services
• Meet referral targets and goals set by the company
• Back-up to CSR line for coverage during vacations/short staff

Experience:

• Previous experience in banking customer service or sales roles
• Knowledge of financial sales and banking processes is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
