Client Solutions Consultant

We are hiring a Client Solutions Consultant to help our team understand client needs, develop practical solutions, and maintain strong business relationships. This role combines communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and commercial awareness to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their requirements.

About the Position

You’ll work with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, assess requirements, and coordinate suitable solutions. From initial discussions through implementation and follow-up, you’ll help keep projects organised, expectations clear, and client relationships productive.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Communicate with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and challenges.
• Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs and business priorities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, service information, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support solution delivery and implementation.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Track client requests, project milestones, and outstanding actions.
• Identify potential service improvements and additional client needs.
• Resolve routine concerns and coordinate complex issues with the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and opportunity updates.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in client solutions, consulting, account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence preparing presentations, proposals, and client reports.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard business software.
• A proactive approach to client service and teamwork.
• Experience coordinating projects or supporting business development is an advantage.

Working Arrangements

This position is based in Dayton, Ohio. The working schedule and on-site, hybrid, or remote arrangements will be confirmed for the role.
