About the Role
This is a key support role where you’ll work closely with our strata managers to ensure clients receive responsive, high-quality service every day.

You’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being a point of contact for owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the strata management team
• Coordinate maintenance requests, obtain quotes, and process invoices
• Assist with insurance claims and general enquiries
• Communicate professionally with owners, residents, and contractors
• Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in strata, property, or administration (preferred but not essential)
