The Role

We are seeking a Client Solutions Expert to join a high-performing team that supports accountants and corporate clients across New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to combine customer service, relationship management, commercial thinking, and technical Accounting related problem solving within a dynamic fintech environment.

As the trusted first point of contact for clients, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions. You'll work closely with clients to resolve complex queries, support platform adoption, prepare quotes, and collaborate across multiple business functions to continuously enhance the customer experience.

No two days will be the same. You'll partner with teams across operations, technology, finance, and client relationship management to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and effective support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email, delivering a high standard of service and support
• Resolve complex client issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams
• Prepare accurate client quotations and explain pricing options clearly and confidently
• Build strong relationships with accountants and corporate clients throughout New Zealand
• Maintain accurate client information within CRM systems
• Support client training, education initiatives, and engagement activities
• Work alongside technology teams to assist with platform improvements and issue resolution
• Provide insights and feedback to help improve products, systems, and client experiences

Your Profile

You are naturally client-focused, solutions-oriented, and thrive in environments where you can make a genuine impact. You will have the following attributes:

• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services, fintech, professional services, SaaS, or another complex service environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical or complex concepts in a simple way
• A genuine passion for customer service and relationship management
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence using CRM systems, Excel, and technology platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
• Ideally experience working with accountants, financial professionals, or corporate clients
• Experience contributing to process improvement, testing, or system enhancement initiatives
