Client Solutions Manager

In this role, you will be the face of Company for some of the world’s largest advertisers - Driving and Executing our full suite of AI-powered solution offerings — Advantage+, Andromeda/GEM-powered ranking, Generative AI creative, AI-assisted measurement and Business AI / Business Messaging — to drive business and brand impact for our clients. You will develop and align with internal stakeholders on go to market strategies, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver on key initiatives from product adoption, measurement studies and revenue driving opportunities.

Success in the Regional Solutions Partner position requires strong consultative strategic and analytical leadership, deep technical product knowledge on Meta’s AI and automation solutions, demonstrated fluency with AI tooling in your own workflow, leading across multiple internal teams across geographies in a matrixed structure and the ability to lead and influence across all levels with clients and agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Own the AI adoption agenda for the book of business: build and execute a client-level AI roadmap spanning performance automation (Advantage+), Generative AI creative, AI-led measurement, and Business AI / messaging solutions.
• Use AI and agentic tooling in your own day-to-day workflow — account research, insight generation, deck and narrative drafting, QBR prep, data interrogation — and raise the bar for how the wider team works.
• Translate companies AI roadmap into clear client-ready narratives, and set realistic expectations on what AI does and does not solve, including data readiness, signal quality, privacy and brand-safety guardrails.
• Deliver on strategic roadmapping and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels. Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving product solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership.
• Lead media best practices, strategy, & measurement learnings and optimization.
• In partnership with Marketing Science, lead the global Learning Agenda and ensure alignment and scale throughout company and Client org.
• Have a deep understanding of Products and Solutions and analyze data and insights to guide strategy and adoption.
• Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making
• Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions-related role and driving impact on client engagement and revenue.
• Experience in actioning client-facing initiatives, with a track record of taking projects from opportunity to execution and results
• Experience influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated hands-on fluency with AI tools in a professional setting — able to show, not just describe, how you use AI to compress research, analysis and client-facing output.
• Working understanding of how AI-driven advertising systems operate (automated bidding and targeting, ranking and recommendation signals, generative creative) and the ability to explain them to a non-technical client audience
