The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology organization (one of the biggest Social Media Giants) to hire a Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers and performance marketing activities across Vietnam.

Assignment Details:

• Location: CBD
• Fixed Contract: 6 months
• Start date: 4 January 2027
• Travel to Vietnam approximately once every two months, with around 3 trips expected during the assignment

The Talent

• Experience in client solutions, account management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experienced in campaign operations, performance monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-value processes accurately.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and technologies.
• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Vietnam and to support business activities in the Vietnamese market.
• Willingness to travel to Vietnam as required.
• Based in Singapore with eligibility to work in Singapore.

Job Description

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will support client engagement, campaign operations, and performance marketing activities for advertisers in Vietnam.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide high-quality support.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate marketing and advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical, campaign, and operational issues through to resolution.
• Manage high-revenue processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support campaign implementation, optimization, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing science, technical support, and regional teams.
• Build strong relationships with client performance marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and operational processes.
• Support cross-border advertising activities involving clients and stakeholders in Vietnam.
