Client Solutions Specialist

We’re looking for a Client Solutions Specialist with experience in pharmaceutical, food and feeds chemical raw ingredients to help grow our business in pharmaceutical, food and feeds industry. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales skills with technical knowledge, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about delivering innovative ingredient solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow accounts within the pharmaceutical, food and feeds industry
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and market research
• Present and promote chemical raw ingredients to manufacturers and formulators
• Work closely with the technical team to understand product applications and benefits
• Recommend customized ingredient solutions based on client requirements
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients through excellent support and service
• Stay updated on market trends, innovations, and competitor activities within the pharmaceutical, food and feeds industry

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Business or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, food and feeds and their applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Comfortable handling client meetings, presentations, and business development activities
