About the role

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and delivering business solutions? We are looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (Level 2) to help drive business growth by engaging customers, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that address business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor to decision-makers by understanding customer pain points and providing comprehensive solutions.
• Convert company-provided leads into sales opportunities while proactively generating new leads through customer and partner relationships.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and ensure accurate forecasting of opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Exposure to solution-selling methodologies.
• Experience using CRM tools is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions to business objectives.
