Client Relations Analyst – Contract Opportunity

📍 Location: Hybrid (3 Days On-Site / 2 Days Remote)

📅 Duration: Contract Opportunity

💲 Pay: $19-21/hour

Are you an excellent communicator with strong writing skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service? We are seeking a Client Relations Analyst to support the resolution of client concerns while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree)

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and composition

✔ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

✔ Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook

✔ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Additional Consideration for Candidates With:

• Experience in banking, brokerage, financial services, or operations

• Complaint resolution or client relations experience

• Regulatory or compliance exposure

• Call center or client-facing phone support experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Partner with operations teams, management, and business partners to investigate and resolve client issues

• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional written correspondence to clients

• Provide phone support for client inquiries as part of the team's coverage schedule

• Support operational processes, including settlement activities and privacy-related requests

• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the complaint resolution process

• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned

• Build strong relationships across departments to deliver exceptional client service
