Job Overview

Premium Hire is hiring motivated and customer-focused Client Success Associates to join our team, supporting a US-based Debt Settlement account.

If you have strong English communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and previous call center or customer service experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Salary & Benefits

• Net Monthly Salary: EGP 23,000
• KPI Bonus: Up to EGP 5,000

Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
• Listen actively to clients, understand their concerns, and address their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate support throughout the client journey.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information using CRM systems.
• Handle client concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Egyptian nationality.
• Age between 20 and 40 years old.
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level or higher.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Professional attitude, reliability, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
