Summary:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves driving innovative practices within delivery engagements and applying deep expertise to enhance project outcomes. This role includes collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and shaping strategies that align with both client and organizational goals. The position requires active engagement in bringing emerging ideas to fruition, fostering trusted advisor relationships, and continuously contributing to the advancement of delivery excellence and marketplace reputation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Proficiency in Client Relationship Management.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Process Improvements, Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Excellent skills in analyzing client requirements and translating them into actionable delivery strategies.
• Proficient in managing complex delivery engagements with a focus on innovation and quality.
• Demonstrated capability in collaborating across multiple teams to drive cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
